I hired Ola can yesterday evening. The driver did not come. I got alert that driver cancelled trip. (CRN [protected]). Immediately driver search started and I got a Desire allotted - Driver Shridhar Salian (CRN [protected]) 05.23 pm.. After riding for about half a km, another driver Shrikant (CRN[protected] - .05.16 PM) called up twice from phone no.[protected] at 05.27 and 05.29 pm to ask if I got a cab - much after I had already taken the cab at 05.23 pm . I advised I was already in an Ola cab. Still Ola have charged Cancellation fee of Rs. 50 today on ride no. CRN [protected]. How can Ola penalise me for not taking a cab while I am already on another Ola ride on same route at the same time. Driver Shrikant contacted at 05.27 and 05.29 pm only after I had already taken the Ola Cab at 05.23. I demand credit of Rs.50 immediately and an explanation from Ola why they allocated two cabs to me at a time ?
