I had taken a ride on Dec 27th, the bill of which was Rs. 655. I had paid for that using Amazon Pay but now you have added this amount again in my Ola postpaid bill. Why would I play twice for the same ride!!
I have sent the screenshots in email where it is very clearly mentioned that the same money got deducted twice. So I am asking for the refund of Rs. 655.
I am getting a very stupid reply from the team that this issue has been raised beyond stipulated time. If the bill has been generated now (due on Jan 17)where I saw the discrepancy then how it is beyond the time frame.
