I don't know how many times I have to raise tickets and give details. I have called OLA so many times and have given all the details, also have sent it by mail but still, there is no resolution.
I booked OLA for my parents on 8th Feb from Pune to Thane. The total fare was shown as 2010 Rs. But the ride was not stopped by the driver for 3 days. After 3 days when I checked the total fare of the ride was shown as 12597 rs. And as the payment mode was selected as OLA money postpaid I have to pay it once the bill is generated.
I have also raised a complaint against the driver as he kept my parents waiting for 1 hour in between as he was fighting/quarreling with some group of people who were demanding money from him.
DON'T YOU THINK THIS WAS A VERY RISKY AND SCARIEST SITUATION MY PARENTS FACED TAKING OLA RIDE AND I SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR NOT REPLYING OR NOT GIVING ANY RESOLUTION INSPITE OF CALLING SUPPORT MANY TIMES?
Below are a few more details which I already shared with OLA.
1.Total KMs traveled during the ride (Approximate kilometers would suffice). --- approx time it should take is 3 hr 30 min (158.8 km) however ride took more than 4 hours to reach the destination as the driver stopped for 1 hr in between for his personal reasons(Group of people were fighting and demanding money from the driver).
2. Places visited during the ride. --- No places visited it was supposed to be a direct ride. Driver stopped for a 45mins-1 hr on the way to talk with some group of known people(Group of people were fighting and demanding money from the driver).
3. Total cash amount paid to the partner. --- NO cash was paid but he was demanding ride total even after telling it was a prepaid ride.
4. Time of the ride completion. The information will help our team in assisting you more effectively. --- Ride was completed around 930-945 PM
I have attached a screenshot of the ride and also a recent screenshot that was received for 3919 mins.
We reached out to customer support on that same day at around 10 pm to inform them about this issue. The representative mentioned the issue will be addressed and the exact amount will be deducted. However, we see a 12597 bill now. I am really disappointed with this OLA ride, my parents were traveling and the driver halted in between for about an hour to talk with some people.
Please look into this matter on priority and help us with the correct ride amount.
