I had taken a ride(attached details) from Terminal 1 airport to Vasundhara. Initially I had booked the ride using ola money. When I contacted the driver, he was denying duty if I was inable to pay in cash. Since it was late night and was having woman passenger as well, I agreed. He further told me that I can have the ola money refunded by contacting customer support after I pay the ride amount in cash. Now, for the same ride, I had paid twice- 1 through cash payment of 1093/- and also ola money has been deducted. I wanted the ola money amount refunded as I had already paid in cash as driver demanded the same and was denying duty if I hadn’t. Further, I had talked with driver and he has as well confirmed the same to customer support guys. Yet, ola people did not refund my money even though i was misguided by their driver I tried to raise it via help option but it was absolutely useless. Later when I denied paying the double charged bill, i was constantly called up and later realised that it would ruin my credit score. Hence I had to pay and they also charged me late fee though they neither responded on my query raised. I have also attached screenshot of my query raised where they mentioned to sort this out but I never heard back despite several follow ups. This is just pure customer harassment. Please help.
