Ola — Paid in cash but still showing pending payment

Today(5th October) around 12.48 pm, I had booked ola. For this ride, I paid money through G pay to the driver account. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver and ola customer care several times but they didn't pick up my call. Pls do the needful.

During my last ride, I paid to Driver by cash, but it is still showing as pending payment in Ola app, which is causing trouble in using the app.

Kindly look into this nad resolve the issue

On 20th September Monday morning around 5.30 am, I had booked ola for my inlaw. For this ride, I paid by the cash to the driver. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver several times but he didn't pick up my call. Due to this, I couldn't use ola instead using uber. Pls do the needful.

On 17th of September 2021 I booked one ride and paid.
And in that evening itself I booked one another ride and paid that as well by cash. ( If I wouldn't have been paid for 17th first ride then it should have been stopped for taking the second ride)
Anyway! I paid both the ride by cash.
. Still it is showing pending for payment for both the ride.

Couldn't book another ride.
Please resolve.

Have paid for the ride in cash to the driver but the Ola app still shows payment pending and isn't allowing me to book new rides. Please look into this.

I booked a cab from Sushma Urban View Dhakoli Zirakpur to Drishti Eye hospital sector 10 Panchkula .
The fair was INR 176
I paid the driver on his Personal Paytm as I was unable to pay from Ola application.
Until after 1 month the the amount of 176 shows pending, because of that I am unable to book cab from Ola for 8427**5427.

On 20th september morning I booked Ola cab from my home to office...and after the ride I have paid cash Rs.146 to the driver... But in the app it's still showing as payment is pending and I have also mailed the details to Ola support mail ID but there's no response. Bcs of this I am anable to book the cab...
