I've taken an Ola Auto ride on 14th Jan 2021 from Manipal Hospital Bangalore to my Home and the fare was Rs 244. Ride Ref Number - CRN[protected]. I have paid cash to Ola driver as he has asked for. After a few days, I see I keep getting messages that pay the Ola amount for the fare. I've called the customer care and explained them the details and asked them to check with Ola Auto driver. They told that they can't help on phone and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com. I've sent the mail to them. Though I did not see any response from their side on mail, instead I keep getting multiple calls & whatsApp messages from different numers and persons multiple times daily. The messages and their language is completely threating and they will keep on sending the messages from personal phone numbers which is completely not acceptable. From their side they did not at all check with Ola auto driver and instead keep on calling and messaging me. I've never done any default on any platform and it is only Rs 244, not at all a big amount to do a default. But here the question is why should I pay it again when I've already paid to the driver as he asked. This is complete arrogance & insensitivity at Ola's part, as their behaviour is completely unjustified. Was this information helpful? |
