This is regarding my ride CRN[protected]

I have raised this complaint with OLA customer care but the call was disconnected
Since last month I am repeatedly trying to contact OLA customer care, but it's showing not a valid number ( PH NO : [protected])
Regarding the ride at Mumbai please note the following points
I have selected cash payment for the ride
When the ride was completed, there was a problem with the system ..The bill was not showing in my mobile neither at Drivers mobile ..During the whole ride the route map was repeatedly going on and off..The driver himself told there is a problem in the system
After completion of the ride ..the driver insisted on paying the estimated fare ( which was shown during the booking)..So I paid the fare of 900+ something ...However after some days I got a post paid bill of 1000 + INR while I have already paid in cash to the driver
If I have selected cash why the same was converted to post paid and what about the money I gave to the driver ...???
Since last month I am getting multiple message which is threatning about legal proceedings...but when I try to connect OLA customer care the same is not reachable
Please explain Why I should pay the claimed amount by OLA???
I am subjected to repeated harrasment on my mobile from OLA representatiove
