This is regarding the complaint against the driver Mr. Ashok Kumar.P

• Firstly the driver hesitated to travel further & said in a bad manner due to worst condition of road in our area.
• Back left door glass window was jammed & wasn’t fixed & moreover AC was not turned on due to protocol, when my wife asked why so, very sarcastically was replied
• Thirdly, phone call was constantly attended by him, when asked by us to not attend since we’re in to on time for an appointment he started to yell & use abusive words. Moreover the traffics is more.
• Finally, in the middle of a signal he abruptly stopped the car & asked us to get out & started using more filthy words against my family & started to take snaps of my family & started threatening my family that by tonight we’d face the consequences. We’ve many witness of how the driver behaved.
We’re are senior citizens & since he dropped us in the middle of the road how’re we suppose to pay some amount ?
I kindly request you to take immediate action against the driver & take it legally. We won’t pay the amount, ask the respective driver to pay. Was this information helpful? |
