I took the ride from Ola yesterday i.e. 30th March 2022 to my office. However, after going a few kms, the driver said his gears are not working properly and i must book another cab. In the mean time I have already paid for the service via Google Pay (Rs. 210). The driver called customer service and requested for refunding the amount, but they insisted I need to call. Anyways, when I tried to reach customer service from the particular ride no customer executive took my call and still now it is showing that the call was cut midway and issue resolved. I also mailed Ola support but they don't even look or check mails. If my drive was not even completed and it was the car that broke down then Why I am not getting the refund? Even the customer service of ola is worse. They treat customers as mere bugs and doesn't even bother to take calls or respond to emails.
Furthermore, the invoice contains the midway where the car broke down and no drop location is mentioned in the invoice. I am attaching my booking details and the invoice to provide the difference and authenticity.
