I am using OlaCab App since last 8 years. I am facing problem with post paid Ola Money. I was required to pay money for use of Ola Cab on 09 Nov. On 07 Nov, I tried and found that app was asking me to put Lock on Mobile. I donot wish to put lock on Mobile being senior citizen. This was informed to OlaCabs complaint, grievance and even support of Ola Cab and Money, both on mail on 08 Nov, 09, 11, 13, 14 and 26 Nov. there was no response from anyone till date on the issue and no ticket was raised. The Contact numbers are asking for Ticket number which were never generated on mail or otherwise.
On 11 Nov, they charged Rs 75 as interest without addressing the issue and agin on 27 Nov addeed another Rs 75 as interest. The OlaCab may be advised not to force clients to lock mobile for safety or fraud prevention which is solely client responsibility. No responded on the issue from Ola Cab side. Supoprt OlaMOney never responded or addsd the issue. Mobilea sks for Ticket number which was never generated.
