Omaxe Limited — Failed to provide booked property & cheating inr 19.25 lacs

Refund of 19.25 Lacs pending with OMAXE LTD as they failed to develop booked property at Lucknow.Now Omaxe not refunding money also as per agreement.Hundreds of trapped people running for years behind Omaxe for refund & Omaxe utilising their money in other projects.Most of the people have chosen for legal assistance to get bck their money.
