[Resolved]  Omaxe — Undue Delay in Possession of Tower

Address: Faridabad, Haryana

Hi,

I have bought a near to completion flat in May 2013 from Omaxe Builders, Kalkaji, New Delhi. My tower name is Torre Altus . It was completed since then and there were little work remaining in same.

Since then, they have been continuously delaying the posession of tower which is constantly mentally harassing me.

Every time I call there call center, they say tower will takes 2 months to posession. This is now going for last 4 months now.

Please help me out .
