Dear Sir/Madam,
This is for your kind information that a sum of Rs. 2, 824.92 was debited from my Bank Account stands with HDFC Bank on 29/05/2022 at 15:50:33 hrs. for Broadband recharge of my JIO FIBER Service No. [protected] against Order No. 24f904a687006. But unfortunately the recharge had not done till now.
In this regard, you are kindly requested to look into the matter and kindly make necessary arrangements so that I may get refund the amount of Rs.2, 824.92 (Rupees two thousand eight hundred twenty four and paisa ninety two only) to my Bank Account, where-from the said amount was debited.
