In November 2022 I received from One MobiKwik Systems Limited. (Mobikwik) in November 2022 a cashback offer of Rs.25 for securing credit cards.
Lured by this offer, I permitted Mobikwik to secure my card xxxx 1131.
Accordingly, as part of the card-securing process, on 7 November 2022, Mobikwik debited Rs.2 from the card account. Mobikwik's email dated 07 Nov 2022 confirms this debit transaction ID MBK[protected] of Rs. 2 to the card account.
Now, Mobikwik ought to have refunded to the card account, the Rs.2 debited by them. They have also not provided me the due cashback as per the offer.
My emails (1) dated 27 November 2022 to [protected]@mobikwik.com and (2) dated 05 December 2022 to [protected]@mobikwik.com in term of Mobikwik’s Grievance Dedressal Policy have been in vain.
Please help me receive from Mobikwik, (a) the refund of Rs.2 and (b) the cashback of Rs.25..
