One97 Communications — paytm mall order not received

I am Chanky Pathak. I ordered a real phone on 29th April 2024 but it has not been delivered yet. And the expected date of delivery is 2 May 2024.

Whenever I check my Order Status it shows
" Expected Delivery - Your Order has been Placed with the Seller".
How Can I contact the seller ? No any information Provided.

Paytm Mall customer care number is not working.
Paytm Mall queries not responding,
Paytm Mobile App is not working properly. I am not able to make any query .
I sent a query from PaytmMall PC version, No response.

How can I contact you(Paytm Mall)? For my order.

its very poor service and its harassing me as well. because there is no way to contact customer care.
