OneCard did not respond to me and simple closed the ticket on their own. They even removed the transaction and I can't see it in my history anymore. I have now no proof of that transaction existing. I had to pay twice during the billing of the credit card.
Another latest incident on 29th Sept 2022., I was charged 5718 in which they claim I made a payment to PayTM. But I do not remember at all doing that. I always note down all my expenses. I received no OTP. No transaction confirmation message as well. I always keep these messages. I did not lend the card to anyone. Did not share the OTP or any type of code. I just have no record in any of my internet accounts of that mail

I am a student and use OneCard for mostly food and educational purposes with recurring subscriptions. This has happened twice now and they won't reply me at all. I have submitted tickets but no reply. I contacted them on twitter but no reply. Please help as someone like me can't do much regarding these issues. I have even submmited a mail to close the account but I am afraid that is being ignored.
