I have been waiting for nearly 15 days for a refund that has not been credited to my SBI account despite providing the new account details multiple times due to the closure of Paytm banking services. I have received only automated responses that do not address my concern. This refund is urgent, and the delay is causing significant inconvenience. I request immediate human intervention to resolve this matter.
