i am submited my tv in your service center korba whose are in chhattisgarh in july month.vendor/manger said to me you will come after 15 day and take your tv.but after 15 daye again said you come in next 15 days.this process are continue...at the time.
i am thinking i am cutmor and why i am rounding in your service center.so the best solution is consumer forum........
if you dont take any action against korba branch...br...
I have purchased Onida TV 21 " in yrar 1997 , 10 years back exactly . Now from last 4/5 days there is display problem on TV . When i asked vendor, he told me that picture tube is gone and you need to replace TV because replacement of picture tube has no garranty .
How can you help or advice me about this problem .
i alwayz said to bye the product But if problems with product ......... Please solve the problem ....cause we pay for it ,otherwise there is no longer relation of custumer with this ONIDA brand name....

I bought 29" Flat TV in the month of march, Now all of a sudden TV switched off & it is not turning on, People from service centre are not responding, How do i go about , & what shoul i do to get it rectified,
please advise, i will be obliged to follw the advise.
I was many times complain of my ONIDA 21" color tv at ahmedabad service center by complain no. 9290253 and[protected] and also many times reminders for the same.
please action for the same and oblige.

ONIDA CTV 21 inches Model No. cO21BLKTAG 200 Sl.No. 4017080 purchased at Bellary contact No[protected].
It is not functioning correctly and I have contact your service center Bellary contact No.[protected] and identified as colour Picture is problem it is to be replaced but afer a lapse of 10 days it is not replaced.
Kindly advise your service center to replace the same at an earliest....
