I purchased aqua freah ro system on dtd. 7 aug 2016 from an iso[protected] certified company. As per the contract 3 free servicing is allowed in a year but till now only one time the servicing is done. And still pending 2 more service. My wife calling them from last 2 months and always they are saying that we will send some one tomorrow but till now no one came and my wife following it up everyday. My wife made a complaint to their call centre and no. Is 35036. They make us fool in all the way. I really asking a help and cooperation from you to resolve the issue as earliest and take the necessary action against this company who make their consumer fool. Attached purchased bill herewith for your reference.
