I have taken the service from them for filling RTI, but as I have requested to fetch information from "private body". So request was not fulfilled and they agree to refund the amount.

But till date no refund came. I sent mail multiple times....

I purchased aqua freah ro system on dtd. 7 aug 2016 from an iso[protected] certified company. As per the contract 3 free servicing is allowed in a year but till now only one time the servicing is done. And still pending 2 more service. My wife calling them from last 2 months and always they are saying that we will send some one tomorrow but till now no one came and my wife following it up everyday. My wife made a complaint to their call centre...

The complain is against http://onlinerti.com/ I have applied for a first RTI appeal on 3rd April 2015 with the application number 57922 They keep on FALSE promising that they will draft the appeal soon and send it across. But it has been almost a month's time passed, but they are not doing any progress to it neither they are replying to my emails. They are not even giving me the refund as well. I have paid all their fees already...
