I have purchased oppo F15 on 3 Aug 2020. On 2nd September 2020, it fell down and unfortunately my screen got damaged so I went to get it done in the service centre, Laxmi Nagar. They asked for an estimated cost of 4467. I paid that amount and get it done. But on 9 September, the display got disabled on its own and when I went to customer care they said it is internally damaged. and showed me a scratch too which was very minimal. It was not fell down, and neither clashed with any object . How it can get damaged within a matter of only 5 days. The people of care centre were very illmannered, they don't know how to assist their customer. The quality of new display was so poor that it broke like this without doing anything. How can I pay 4467 again . Most of the customers were unsatisfied by their services. Everyone was complaining against them. I was so mentally stressed yesterday. I went to some other shop to get my phone done and they have told me when my phone fell earlier it got bent and the service centre people without clearing the bent phone put new display in it and that's the reason it for broken so easily even by holding. VISITED Oppo centre Four times to repair oppo f15 . I purchase oppo at 23 august at 24 august Mobil back camera quality was poor and sometimes camera is black mean now showing pictures and back camera was not zooming and front camera is zooming and flash light is hide mean flash light is not working . I sent my mobile to oppo service center Lahore within seven days of purchasing and they didn't replace my mobile and then send 2nd time with same probkem and again 3rd time same problem appear but now fourth time same problem appear every month mobile goes to oppo center now I want replacement of oppo F15 . Sir I am so much depressed that why I choose oppo.please
