I have purchased a oppo f7 as per invoice no. Ka:116 from chiramel mobiles, karinga chira, mo.[protected] on 23.05.2018. Phone was not functioning since 20.08.2018 on wards. The same day itself i informed this to above said sales centre and given to them to get the problem resolve. They in turn send it to your service centre at ernakulam and asked me to contact service centre directly. I got the phone on 23.08.2018. As soon as i reached my work place ambalamugal again the phone showing the same problem. I had to face ridicule and also snide remarks from my colleagues. Above all it is very tire some and time consuming journey to ernakulam from my work place. This has caused mental pain, agony, physical distress, loss of working time and money loss. So i humbly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest without any further complaint.
