This is with the regards to the oppo phone which was purchased at rt nagar in just connect showroom
Address: # 2 p&t colony rt nagar main road bangalore 560032
On dated 1st march
Products:
1: oppo f54gb (Black) imei: [protected]
2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected]
Value : per unit 19990/-
Reason for the complaint is 2. Oppo f5 $gb (Gold) imei :[protected] which had manufacturing defect, at the time of purchase which was noticed post 25 days.
The reason of noticing it after 25 days was: it was a gift to my brother who stays at different house and i stay at my inlaws place.
We had a get together after 25 days, we noticed there is difference between both the phones :
And the difference was
Oppo black was had finishing touch
Oppo gold has a slight cut which looks like a speaker and my brother was in assumption that it was a inbuilt speaker. To the surprise we realized it only when we compared both the phones.
Now being a consumer, i have all the right to raise this concern and it was raised at
We visited the showroom from the place phone was purchased. It was told to us to visit service center.
When we visited service center, it was told that it was self-damage and washing off the hands from addressing the concern.
And asked to get the video from showroom, to see if it was a defected piece which was handed over.
When we visited showroom, they mentioned they delete the videos post 15days and data is unavalile.
It has been a night mare running aroung from showroom to service center after paing good lumpsome amount of 19990/-
Its not my fault for buying this phone and having to go through the pain. Its an mental harassment and torture.
I would want to raise this to nodal officer to look into this and help in providing the resolution.
Also i want compensation for all the trauma i went through from past 2and half months.
