Dear Sir/Madam,
i purchased Oppo f17 on 24th Sep"2020 from Latest Moble Rajkot. and problems found of voice in device. after i contacted customer care of Oppo Nr Astron chowk and he instilled software in device but after same problem of voice found in my office location again after i two times visited customer care and they advice me that there is problems of airtel sim card and i taken new sim card from Airtel but oppo customer care is telling that problems in your sim card but that sim card already running proper in other all devices and same sim card using since last 2 years.
Already 1 week passed and there is no resolution. I not used Device after purchased.
Kindly look in to matted and do the needful for resolution.
