Oppo Mobile — worst service

Hi team,

I had to file a concern regarding the after sales service provided by oppo at jaynagar bangalore center.

I accidentally broke the screen of my f9 pro which i bought 4 month ago. I visited the service center dated 24/02/2019 to get it fix. After through testing my mobile the service center updated me to get the new screen fitted. I ask them to get the screen fixed on the same day. But they informed me the stock is not available and will be delay by 2 day.

Since then im calling them to get it fix but their response is the stock is still not available. Is this the after sale services provided by oppo?.

My business is getting affected because of the contacts stored in the phone. I this kind of service continuous for sure your sales will get affected and also the customers.
