Oriflame India — Refund problem on Cancel order products

I hate oriflame company..i made an order and cancel it...so, i still didn't get any refund on my cancel order...i send them the email and they said its refund, but no refund...from now on, im not going to make an order/to purchase something on oriflame again and again...
