I took ortel broadband connection 0n 28th april 2016, my plan is 1mpbs speed with amount 965 rs.And i paid to the ortel person 1965 rs, where he took 1000 rs for modem and 965 rs for 1 month advance payment of my broadband connection.
But today is 5th may 2016, but still i did not get my user id/membership id.
I called to the customer care of ortel, everytime they are saying i'll get the user id by eod to the resgistered mobile number.But at last i am not getting it.And the customer care of ortel did not take complain as they told me i do not have user id.
So it is their responsibility to provide user id to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
I am a new customer of ortel broadband. It has been more than 15 days I have taken the connection and have done all payments but I haven't received any user id/ password or membership number yet. I was told that I would be receiving the details same day evening when the connection starts.
The customer service number for non-existing customer is not reachable and to choose existing customer I don't have my membership number. Also I am not sure how to pay bills and check my account online without userid/membership.
Where do I need to contact for this as there is no broadband office here or the ortel cable office do not provide any contact of personnel belonging to ortel broadband.
