Dear sir/ madam,
It is very sad to say that we are facing a lot of problem in cable communication. After paying monthly payment to ortel they are giving an error message "subscribe to this channel call us on..." and this problem remains always for a week after paying.In a month i am going to the ortel office for twice or thrice to solve it.
Today i went to the office to talk about this but one of the office staff "sitting in a/c chamber" misbehaved with me which is not good. He said if you want to keep the connection just keep otherwise remove it. This is not the way to talk with a customer. I also said remove it, we too don't want to keep your cable connection.
Hereby i am attaching the monthly slip of this month.
Please see the above matter.
