I booked my ticket on 27th March for travel on 1st April, selecting a seat that was unoccupied at the time. However, to my shock, a male passenger was allowed to book the adjacent seat on 30th March, even though such allocations should not be permitted. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the well-being of female travelers.
I demand an immediate explanation and corrective action regarding this issue. The app must be updated to ensure that male passengers cannot book adjacent seats to female passengers unless explicitly permitted by the female traveler. Failing to address this concern will force passengers like me to reconsider using OSRTC services in the future. Was this information helpful? |
