We have made Fixed Deposit with Birla Power Solutions Ltd. Vide FDR No. 12180 (Amount Rs. 1,00,000/-) on 26.08.2011 @ 11.75% for a period of 3 years.
Interest due on 30.09.2012 is not recd. Matter taken up with company through many E-mails, no reply.
Second session interest has also become due on 31.03.2013. Neither any reply nor any payment recd.
Even company / registrars are not acknowledging receipt of message.
Even M/s Karvi, their broker, too not acknowledging message.

Interest due on[protected] is not recd. Matter taken up with company through many E-mails, no reply.
Second session interest has also become due on[protected]. Neither any reply nor any payment recd.
Even company / registrars are not acknowledging receipt of message.
Even M/s Jhaveri Securities (Baroda), their broker, too not acknowledging message.
