I had invest in Birla Power Solutions Ltd. Fixed deposit wide FD no. 29781 & 29782 on 03.10.11 of Rs.45,000/- & 1,00000/- for one year interest 10.50%. My FD is mature on 02 .10.2012. But, till date i have not received my maturity amount with interest.
Please find below the details of non receipt of fixed deposit receipt of 2012-13 till date towards the Fix deposits. I have received one cheque for my agent on dated 05/04/13...

We have made Fixed Deposit with Birla Power Solutions Ltd. Vide FDR No. 12180 (Amount Rs. 1,00,000/-) on 26.08.2011 @ 11.75% for a period of 3 years.
Interest due on 30.09.2012 is not recd. Matter taken up with company through many E-mails, no reply.
Second session interest has also become due on 31.03.2013. Neither any reply nor any payment recd.
Even company / registrars are not acknowledging receipt of message. br...
