I had booked 2 rooms through http://www.tirupatihotelsbooking.com this site in Hotel KVP Residency My room was booked for check in on[protected] and check out on[protected] for two thousand four hundred eleven rupees and later i got a call from Mr Kiran kumar [protected] representing the http://www.tirupatihotelsbooking.com customer service He told me that my booking has been cancelled and my money would be returned This resulted in huge inconvenience to me and my parents as they wanted to visit the tirupati temple Finally he told me that my money would be returned to me for the cancellation of my booking and took my name account number also and till date i have not recieved my money back whenever i call him i do not get satisfactory reply and nor my money back So i request the Cyber crime department to do the needful Was this information helpful? |
