Fraud online hotel booking site. Booked a hotel via this site. online payment done. confirmation gotten from site. Kishore who is the beneficiary of the payment never reachable on phone. He is reachable only by the hotel people and the version from them is payment is not made. I had to roam around and book another hotel with my family. Request you to please accept this complaint and get my money refunded.
