[Resolved]  Yash Flowers Gifts — Incorrect order received and not addressed by company

I want to complain about the shoddy service received from Yash Flowers Gifts. I ordered a wreath online for the funeral of my grandmother in Bangalore ( I was in another state at the time and so had to do it online.) A charge of Rs 994 was paid for the wreath. On the morning of the funeral, instead of the wreath that was ordered, a small bouquet was delivered incorrectly. The cost of this could be nowhere near Rs 994. It was pathetic. Despite calling the florist who delivered and emailing Yash Flowers Gifts, I was told just now that the complaint will not even be looked into unless I send a snapshot. I am currently overseas and it is ridiculous to suggest I should be taking photos of incorrectly send products while I am grieving at my grandmother's funeral. This company's service is highly inadequate and the treatment I have received borders on fraudulent. They have very poor customer service.

I have ordered for a Chocolate Truffle cake on 12th November 2013 to be delivered on 13th November 2013. Amount of Rs 675 had been debited from my credit card. I called up their helpline number ([protected]) at 4.30 PM on 13th November 2013 and was confirmed that the cake would be delivered within half an hour and at the maximum within an hour. But the cake didn't came. Next day on 14th November 2013 someone called at my number and told me that the cake had been delivered on 13th evening. When I told them about non delivery of the cake, they said that they would check with the vendor and call back. But till date neither I have received any callback nor are they taking my call. The amount has also not been refunded. Totally a poor service and fraudulent. My order ref # DECD[protected]

Please do not order from these people if you want some good quality product. I had ordered a 5 star cake(Taj) which cost me 1690Rs, but instead they delivered a cake from a cake shop near to my place which was only 560Rs.!!! I could have very well gotten that cake myself if I wanted it from that place.
When I tried calling their customer service (91 [protected]), no one answers the phone. Why would they, if they are genuine people. They trick people this way and then don't receive calls. I have emailed them so many times and asked for a refund and that too not a full refund but just the excess amount which they charged and there is no reply from them even for that,
Also, do not get fooled by their different names. They go by this name: http://www.yashflowersgifts.com/ as well as http://www.expresscakesmumbai.com/. If you see the customer care numbers for both of these, it's the same. Please do not order through them and save your hard-earned money and spend it elsewhere. The quality of goods they deliver are cheap!!
I recently ordered a item to be delivered to my brother from a website named http://www.yashflowersgifts.com with order number DRTS[protected] for rupees 1706 and when i payed for the order, it gave me a message that the item will be delivered on 28th in the USA. But nothing has been delivered till date. I cannot check the order status from the website since i am neither able to login not able to reset password since the forget password option is disabled.

Kindly look into the same immediately and help me getting back my money and take action or else i will be forced to register a police FIR in the cybercell Delhi NCR
