First they promise quality fresh fruit delivery & upto 48 hours delivery; but they dont mean it!
They take your money, dont deliver the product as mentioned & its u who's expected to do all the running around to get your refund. What's worse? They're best examples of poor customer service. Even sending mail and photos, even the delivery boy has taken the fruits back with him. Customer service renu, is horrible and the complete system.
