I had placed an order with ovenstory at 8.30 pm through phonepay. The order was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. However, the order was not picked up till 9.15 pm and around 9.30 the order status was showing as delivered. Order has not been delivered yet. I have been trying to call in the number provided in the site and nobody is responding. Highly disappointed with the service. Was this information helpful? |
