[Resolved]  OverCart — Mobile revert

Hi one week back i have purchased htc desire 10 lifestyle from overcart. I am facing hanging problem and camera is not performing as expected and in some cases even worse. I raised the complant for reverting the mobile and customer support said that experts will get back with in 24 -48 hours but didnt got any reply from there and also not connecting customer care. No replies from mail also.
And worst customer support...

Charging problem...mobile is taking too much time to get charged and battery percentage is not increasing at all.. battery reduces very fast
