I done a order for earphone. But i don't receive any information against the order. So i'm cancelling the order i request you to refund my money back to my bank account.

There is no reply from mail. So i tried to call overcart tool free number but it is saying 'sorry the representatives are busy please call after sometime' why this happening? I ordered an earphone only because of i think it's a trusted company. But i think i'm cheated. There is no reply about the order. Even i cannot contact customer care service. I want to cancel this order and want money back to my bank account.
I ordered on overcart website only because of it's a website like amazon, flipkart, ebay. But now i think i'm cheated. There is no reply from overcart for my emails. This is not called business it's called thieve

I have placed an order on 14th sep 2017 for Moto G4 plus mobile. (payment pay_8d85cfPVfd7LyY) payment also done on the same day. But i didn't get any confirmation message about the order. Im sending lot of mails to overcart (Ticket # 105868) and tried contact on toll free number but no response. But till now no action taken on your end, Kindly provide my order status or cancel and refund.
