P — Card to card amount not transferred

Address: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, 515411

Iam Narsaimha, on[protected], 2300/RS amnt was transferred​ (SBH, Tadipatri​& IFsC code-SBHY0021066) to my friend SBI amnt, through the ATM card to card transaction. Amnt transferred receipt received but amnt was not transferred to my friend account till now, And I went to my bank asked them and they told me how much will take we don't know
Already 10days over, but still there is no information
