Name mismatch in bond

I would like to inform that the name inclusing on my policy bond and as per adhar card is reflecting mismatching instead of name k madhalambika ( correct name in adhar card NAGALAMBIKE) And in the bond its reflecting as a K MADALAMBIKA.

Refund still not received

I had invested 10420 every year of the certificate no. U[protected] alredy submitted on 08/09/2015 & wide acknowledgement no. 7VTJWMA1PE the refund is still awaited please take necessary step to refund the money & also i have already submitted original bond to PACL....

we payed the installment upto 2012 after that i got an instruction from agent not to pay further installment since pacl was cheesed by sebi. form that day onwards we are trying to pacl to get the refund but
