Land Allotment field mistakenly selected as - yes

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had submitted my refund application on 22nd March 2019. At that time I got message, Your claim application for PACL refund of certificate number U[protected] is successfully submitted. I wrongly selected the land allotment field - yes. How do I edit my mistake.
When checking the pacl enquiry, it is showing

Regarding withdrawal of the amount from PACL

Dear sir/madam,
I have already submitted all my pacl certificates & receipts to the persons who were working in your pacl company, branch when i visited your company which was located in Kerala but now your company has been closed. This are the things shown while check for my refund status for PACL india.

PACL refund status as Land allotted - clarify

Hi Team,
We applied for PACL certificate refund of Rs. 30000 but we received attached message saying "Land has been allotted", however we don't have any such information regarding lot allotment hence we complain to PACL to issue the land allotted documents to the below PACL certificate numbers.

If the land allotment is not done then please initiate for the refund asap.

Missing of mobile number and forgotten password regarding

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now i am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.

Refund could not be processed further as you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application by mistake as we were not aware of same,

because we filled details as same of form but in reality we havnot received any land or compensation for same....

We haven't received any amt or response from PACL India

Address: Uttrahalli main road, 42, Balaji Nagar, Blore 560061

1. These 2 policies were purchased through their Agent telling this policy is very good.
2. If we but one bond by paying 10000/- per bond in-return PACL will provide us a land.
3. But latter on after buying 2 bonds found co' got closed.

4. we do not want any Land / Please return us Rs. 10000/- per bond.
5. we enclose here with both certificates.
6. kindly return us our principal amt of Rs. 10000/-...
