I, mvr murthy, bearing consumer no.17501 of lpg from indane gas agency named padma gas agency, warasiguda, secunderabad have booked for refill on 14.12.2018. I got message on 27.12.2018 that cash memo was generated. On 31.12.2018 got message that cylinder has been delivered. It seems that the delivery boy has diverted the cylinder by quoting that door locked. For your kind information we are staying with old aged parents, who just cannot move out of residence, so question of door lock doesnot arise. This is for kind information.
