Padma gas agencies have informed by us about misuse of cylinders from an number which is not registered by us yet the message are being sent. We have tried to complaint about it to the company and they are not cooperative and irresponsible to the fraud. A very poor service by the company....

I take new connection from padma gas agency. He charged rs6500 for 2 cylendra but give me bill only 3000 for cylendra and 1400 for gas and not give me bill for balance amount. This agency's people doesn't have time to attend to customer call and take the booking of gas, they always keep the phone aside, after trying for atleast one week, customer need to go in person and then book the gas.
