Panind — cancellation and refund fees for pan card
I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at just Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and I only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel it at all! Infact I asked them to release my pan card if they don’t want to return my money. But they are just fooling me by saying that they are applying. It’s being more than 3-4 months but still they are saying they are applying. So I already applied it from NSDL site and received my pan card with in 2 weeks. But this PANIND keep on saying they are applying I don’t know what they are applying. Please don’t trust this website it’s completely a fake site. I want my money back immediately
