I had applied for lost pancard through ur site and made payment of rs.499 on 09/01/19. Later i got a mail stated that the transaction through our payment gateway may not have completed. The amount was deducted from my account. When will my amount refunded please make necessary action in this regard.

We have received the payment later due to some technical issue.Kindly check the application form already sent you on your registered e-mail id, please send us the application form with documents for further processing else mail us on [protected]@panind.com for assistance.
I have applied for reissuence of the PAN card for which order ID is RA-[protected]LO and Coupon Number is : G[protected]. It is the Third class service.
And also you are charging the Rs. 350 for this, which is highest amount elsewhere.
Your customer care no are not reachable always.

    This site was cheated me by taking extra amount for a single application for pan card.

    However, i would like to cancel my application for pan card. I request you to kindly transfer the application amount to my bank account.

        I had applied for a pan card one month ago. This company has horrible services. They do not even bother to update you on the status of your application. I have been calling their ivr system almost thrice every day for a month! Absolutely no response.. Agents don’t attend the call. And by mistake if they do, they have absolutely no clue about your application status. My biggest mistake to apply with this company ehen i needed my pan card on urgent basis! Will never recommend their services to anyone ever!

        I had applied for duplicate PAN card as my original PAN card is misplaced. This site charged me Rs. 599 but there is no response from them if we contact over phone. It looks like a fraud site . I request nobody to contact tis site for any help. This is my experience.
        They will never pick your call in the first go.. i try calling them every day because my pan card is very very urgent. After 10 attempts they will attend your call and give your a useless update saying your application is under process and it will take 2-3 days time. This 2-3 days is going on for a month now! Plz plz plz do not apply through this site. When you want to apply online this site will pop up in the very beginning.. don’t get carried away and apply through this site.! Highly not recommended! Till now I haven’t got any response for my application. Still i have to wait for 2-3 days!

          I applied for the reissue of pan card through panind website on dec 11, 2018 and paid rs. 349 as a fee against their prospective services. Till toady ididn't get any call from their side for acknowledgement of the payment. And when i tried reaching their customer care it is not reachable either through an email or customer care number.

          I lost my pan card which someone has returned to me after he found it somewhere. Hence, i would not like to take this process forward and wanted to request them for refund asap. But seems that it is a fake website as the email ([protected]@panind.com) mentioned over the website is not reachable neither is their contact no. I. E. [protected] and [protected].

          this is what I've mentioned. The email id mentioned over your website, i.e., [protected]@panind.com is also not operational. I've tried sending mail over the same email id several times but my mail gets bounce back. Moreover, I've mentioned the whole issue here, kindly write to me at [protected]@yahoo.co.in or contact me at [protected] and kindly initiate the refund.

          Hi, as I mentioned earlier, I tried sending an email over the mentioned Id, i.e. ([protected]@panind.com), but the mail is not getting delivered stating the domain server error. Moreover their stated customer support numbers doesn't work. This is my last reminder to the company after which I'll go ahead and will file the complaint in the consumer court. Kindly support over this.. Thanks

            I have submitted the application by december first week and i received a call to submit full copy of aadhar card by 12th december. I had submitted the details again by 24th december., still no further information about pancard neither acknowledgement details are received.

            My salary payment has been impacted due to this delay. Kindly do not delay it further, applied through panind with a trust., request you to do not break it.

              I had applied for pan card online using panind and i completed all the procedures asked in it eg: my name, mobile number, etc. After a few steps they asked me to pay 499/- and i payed using my debit card. Due to some personal issues i didn't want my own pan card now. So i gave the refresh button and it showed transaction failed. But after a few minutes i get a message from federal bank saying that there was a successful withdrawal of 499/- from my account. I was shocked! So i rushed to the bank and checked out the bank balance which showed the balance after the removal of 499/-. Now i want my money back. This is why i'm filing this complain. It would be a great help if you get me my money back by latest time. Thank you.

                    I paid 397rs for dplicate pan card in pan ind... Its almost one month over.. They are not even given my pan card... Guys pls dont trust this fake website... They are stealing money from people... And whenever we ask them regarding them they will keep on saying your application under process... Please have some patience... This same mail they are sending to everuone.. Should ban this site... And guys please be aware of this site... This is a fraud cheating website

                        I have requested for a correction in my dob in my pan card.The new pan card came by courier and returned back without knowledge of me.I called customer care, they are telling the courier person not found address which is not true i believe.The courier person must lying or not tried to find my address honestly.

                          I filled details to update name, address and signature in panind.com. Site requested to pay 500 Rs to get application form. I did not received any receipt or filled application form after paying money. kindly Block such website in google and block the site in internet.

                          This website is collecting money for pan card change and not providing any service.

                            Hi i raised for pan correction through this site but i came to know later it's a fraud site i miss leaded in google search as it came in top and thought it's legitimate. I went through all process and paid 500 rs online but later i came to know through nsdl official site we can do it online without any physical documentation and charge is only 106 rs. Please help in blocking these kind of sites which misleading people.

                              I had applied for pan card in panind.com on nov 2018, and sent the documents. I got a message that they received my documents and annexturea is required i send it. But i didnot get any acknowledgement number to track my pan card, i want my pan card as soon as possible, please help me.                                   I had applied for pan card on oct 20 2018 through this website not knowing that it was a private website. The application cost me rs 350. I had immediately sent a mail for refund of money because application for pan card is actually free. I have not got a response still.

                                      I had applied for pan card in panind.com on 24th october 2018, and sent the documents on 10th nov. I got a message that they received my documents on 13th nov. But i didnot get any acknowledgement number to track my pan card, i want my pan card as soon as possible, please help me. I cant even track my order, if i try to track on panind tracking website it shows just my payment is completed and they didnot receive my hardcopy. Waste service from panind

                                        We have submitted PAN card name correction application on 24/08/2018. The Order Number is SR-[protected]CR, Payment ID is [protected], Registered mail Id is mamoni.[protected]@gmail.com. we have not received information or new PAN card so far. We have been trying to reach them by mail and phone and there is no use at all. Please arrange to do the needful or arrange for refund of the same.
