not getting responses of my pan card in spite of giving all details

no response on status of my application

My oder id:[protected]n, i have sent my application one month ago through speed post, after several follow ups they were asking my updated aadhar card, but they did not told us what should need to update. Fake tracking status, it never works. The service response is very poor. Could you please help us to get my pan card at the earliest.

cancel and refund lost pan card order

I had found the website online which said pan correction and update apply through us. I applied and have an order no. Le-[protected]cr and sent my documents to their address as well. I received an email confirming that my documents have been received on feb 27th 2018 but two days later they asked me to send additional documents on the email given i. E. [protected]@panind.com. I have paid 360rs for my documents and submitted my dad and sister's documents...

I had applied for reissue of pancard online in the month of dec 2017. I had filled up online form on their website panind located in delhi and paid 349 fee as well.. And sent my documents on their address they didn't contacted me.. Then i emailed and then they replied my name on application from and adhar id is mismatched.. I didn't realised that i had mentioned heena shivkumar hardia on application form and on my pan card it was mentioned...

They have charged me but haven't replied to my mails either. The site says no status. Kindly look into the matter and check if this is a scam. Applied for pan card on 10th august 2017. After one month they called and asked for an extra address proof, i have provided the same immediately.
