Panindia — Documents not received in the panindia tracking status

Hi Panindia,

I have sent application form and all proof documents for name correction in my pan card via speed post(The professional courier) on 19/10/2020 and it is received on 21/10/2020(tracked in the professional courier tracking). But in the panindia tracking status, the status is still "documents not received". There is no response in mail also.
Kindly verify my documents and start the process of pan card. Please update the status asap.
