Panindia — pan card application

I r shalini applied for new pan card through panindia i paid sum of rs 500 through online and now the pan card application is saying "application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications"

Please solve my issue and get me my pan card as early as possible as we required in urgent.
