Panindia — Pan card non issuance

I have applied two times from panindia currently with order ID SH-[protected]LO and token no G[protected] with sending all required documents but still status showing as documents not received.
Before it I have applied with Emailing SH-[protected]LO in that case also with requesting many times they didn't understand that middle name is the name of father which was appeared on my other I'd proof and not on pan card but my father name was separately appeared below my name. It's really irritating for for getting a sum of RS 107.
Very bad service.
