Parimatch — I can't withdraw my money

I deposited money by UPI mode in Parimatch account and my account is KYC verified. After **-** days of playing, I want to withdraw my money, but they are not letting me withdraw my money in my bank account. They are giving option to withdraw in cryptocurrency only. I contacted support but not giving me answers. I need help
